By accessing the 7edbd website at https://7edbd.net, creating a player account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service provided by 7edbd in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 7edbd platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 7edbd platform , regardless of how they access the service — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other compatible device. These Terms apply to all products offered by 7edbd, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting), slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers.

7edbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7edbd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 7edbd following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 7edbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7edbd is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit any use by persons under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 7edbd or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 7edbd at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where 7edbd identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts in excess of the first registered account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings generated from the duplicate account may be voided at 7edbd's sole discretion.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7edbd is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to player protection and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be asked at any point — particularly prior to processing a withdrawal — to provide one or more of the following verification documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered residential address
• A screenshot or transaction record confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet used to make deposits
• A selfie photograph held alongside your NID, if requested by the verification team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time frame specified by 7edbd support may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until verification is completed. 7edbd will not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7edbd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 7edbd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7edbd support immediately at [email protected].

3.1 Deposits

7edbd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7edbd account balance in real time, subject to the availability of the respective mobile financial service. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to be confirmed and credited. 7edbd does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 7edbd bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 7edbd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 7edbd are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within two to four business hours for bank transfers, provided that the account has completed identity verification.

7edbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000, or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for a deposit. Players who have an active bonus with a wagering requirement attached must fulfil the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request can be processed.

3.3 Currency

All 7edbd player accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied by 7edbd to deposits or withdrawals. Stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are all displayed and settled in ৳ BDT.

4.1 Placement of Bets

A bet or wager placed on 7edbd is considered final and binding once you have received a confirmation notification from the platform. 7edbd does not permit the cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred on the part of the platform, or where the underlying event has been cancelled, abandoned, or voided in accordance with the applicable sporting rules.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on 7edbd. These limits are displayed on the betting interface prior to bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, event, and account tier. 7edbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice.

4.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on 7edbd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:

• All match result bets require a minimum of one ball to have been bowled to be considered valid. If a match is abandoned before a ball is bowled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result being applied, the DLS result shall be the official result for betting purposes.
• Tied matches in T20 and One Day International formats that proceed to a Super Over shall be settled on the Super Over result unless otherwise specified in the individual market rules.
• Live in-play cricket betting markets may be suspended at any time at 7edbd's discretion, including during rain delays, official reviews, and injury breaks.

4.3 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles on 7edbd are governed by the specific game rules published within each game interface by the respective game provider. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's published rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account-level matters (deposits, withdrawals, bonus terms, account suspension), while the game provider's rules shall govern game-specific outcomes and payouts.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game session, the game round will be completed based on the last valid server record. 7edbd is not liable for losses resulting from client-side internet disconnections during game play.

4.4 Void Bets

7edbd reserves the right to declare any bet void — and return the stake to the player's account — in any of the following circumstances: the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; the underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is identified by the relevant sporting authority; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7edbd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 7edbd account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds on 7edbd is stated clearly in the promotion description. Only real-money stakes (not bonus-funded stakes) count towards meeting wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion. Players who have active self-exclusion arrangements, cooling-off periods, or deposit limits in place that conflict with the bonus terms may be ineligible for certain promotions. 7edbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, placing opposing bets designed to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or any other strategy deemed to constitute bonus abuse at 7edbd's reasonable discretion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

By using the 7edbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7edbd:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 7edbd platform in any way not expressly authorised by 7edbd.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund a 7edbd account (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7edbd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software or system used by 7edbd.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Allowing any other person, including a minor, to use your 7edbd account.

7edbd reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 7edbd account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been fulfilled. Any unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds only — real-money deposits are always returnable.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no end date. 7.3 Suspension by 7edbd

7edbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time; provision of false registration information; or where required by applicable law. Where an account is suspended for investigation, any funds held will be preserved pending the outcome of that investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7edbd, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7edbd platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: interruptions or downtime of the platform; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under these Terms; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; or decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform.

7edbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect platform availability. 7edbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through the platform and via registered player email addresses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7edbd's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. Any dispute arising between you and 7edbd that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation should be directed in the first instance to [email protected]. 7edbd will aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to reach a resolution within 14 business days of receipt.
